Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the FunnelFlow platform (“the Service”) and associated SMS notification program operated by Parametrik Holdings LLC (dba VerifyAi; “we”, “our”, or “us”). By using the Service or receiving SMS from our VerifyAi brand, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service and reply STOP to any SMS to unsubscribe.

FunnelFlow is an internal B2B platform used by organizations to manage corporate event lead tracking and team-member attendance. You may use the Service if you are:

• An employee, contractor, or designated team member of an organization that subscribes to FunnelFlow, or
• A lead or attendee who has been invited to an event through the Service and has chosen to respond.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Your account is personal to you and must not be shared.

Accounts are created by organization admins. By being added to FunnelFlow and having your phone number or email on file, you consent to receive operational communications (email and SMS) related to events you are associated with.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.

Program

The VerifyAi SMS program sends event-related messages to staff, contractors, and (where applicable) leads who have opted in. Details are listed in our Privacy Policy, Section 4.

Consent

By having your phone number stored in a FunnelFlow user or lead record, you consent to receive event-related SMS from VerifyAi. Organization admins are responsible for obtaining this consent before entering a phone number.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on event schedule. Typical frequency is 1–4 messages per event cycle per recipient.

Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details; VerifyAi does not charge you for messages.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any SMS to opt out. You will receive a single confirmation message. To opt back in, reply START or ask your admin to re-add your number.

Supported carriers

Most major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, MetroPCS, and U.S. Cellular. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including harassment, spam, phishing, or sending unsolicited commercial messages.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or compromise the Service or circumvent authentication.
• Impersonate another user or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Use the Service to collect personal information about others without their consent.
• Upload content that contains malware or that infringes third-party rights.

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Parametrik Holdings LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you enter (lead records, interaction notes, attachments) but grant us a limited license to use it solely to provide the Service to you.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee delivery of any specific SMS or email — third-party carriers and providers may delay, filter, or fail to deliver messages for reasons outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parametrik Holdings LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) to us for use of the Service during the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your use at any time by requesting account deletion via dave@parametrik.net or by opting out of SMS (STOP) and email communications.

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
