This Privacy Policy describes how Parametrik Holdings LLC (doing business as VerifyAi; “we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the FunnelFlow platform (“the Service”), including the SMS notification features operated by our brand VerifyAi under 10DLC campaign registration.

FunnelFlow is an internal B2B tool used by our customers (and our own team) to manage corporate event attendance, lead tracking, and on-site staff check-in. We collect the following categories of information:

From Team Members (our staff and contractors)

• Full name, email address, phone number, organization name
• Role (admin, supervisor, sales rep)
• Authentication data (hashed password, session tokens)
• Event attendance status (invited / confirmed / declined / present)
• SMS / email communication records related to event RSVPs and check-in

From Leads and Event Attendees

• Name, email, phone, company, title
• Event invitation and RSVP history
• Interaction notes and attachments entered by team members

We use collected information to:

• Provide the FunnelFlow Service to our customers and team
• Send event-related communications (email and SMS) — invitations, RSVP reminders, check-in confirmations with QR codes, and attendance reports
• Authenticate users and secure accounts
• Maintain audit logs for security and compliance
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes. Phone-number data is never shared with unaffiliated third parties; this is a CTIA-required statement for 10DLC compliance.

Message types

• Team RSVP invitations — asking staff to confirm whether they’ll be working a specific corporate event, with a link to respond.
• Event confirmations — a check-in code (QR / short alphanumeric) for confirmed staff to use at the event.
• Event updates — schedule, location, or logistics changes when necessary.

Opt-in

Opt-in is collected when an admin creates a FunnelFlow user account and enters the person’s phone number. Team members are informed during onboarding that their number on file may be used to send event-related SMS. Leads are opted-in only when they accept an invitation and explicitly provide a phone number.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on the event schedule for each recipient. Typical frequency is 1–4 messages per event cycle (invitation, optional reminder, confirmation, optional update).

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier’s standard messaging rates apply to any messages sent or received.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a single confirmation message and will not receive further marketing or notification SMS from the VerifyAi program. To rejoin, reply START or ask an admin to re-add your number.

Supported carriers

AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and most other U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

FunnelFlow uses the following third parties to operate:

• Google Cloud Platform — hosting (Cloud Run) and data storage (Cloud Storage)
• Vonage (formerly Nexmo) — SMS delivery
• Google Workspace (Gmail SMTP) — email delivery

Each provider processes only the minimum data needed to perform its function and is contractually obligated to protect that data.

We retain account data while an account is active. Event attendance records, interaction logs, and email/SMS audit logs are retained for up to 24 months after the event date, for historical reporting and compliance purposes. You can request earlier deletion by emailing dave@parametrik.net.

You may request to:

• Access the information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your information (subject to retention obligations)
• Opt out of SMS (reply STOP) or email (click unsubscribe in any message)

Passwords are hashed with PBKDF2-SHA512 (100,000 iterations, 16-byte salt). Transport is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Cloud Storage access is controlled by Google service-account IAM. Session tokens are 32 random bytes and can be revoked.

We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page when we make material changes. For SMS-program material changes, affected subscribers will receive a notification.
